AINEXO is not a staffing marketplace with hundreds of profiles to browse. It's a two-person founding team - Hyder Khan (Founder & CEO, BSAI at FAST-NUCES) and Muhammad Ibrahim (Co-Founder & CTO, BSCS, University of Sindh) - that takes on AI development engagements directly, bringing in vetted contract specialists only when a project genuinely needs extra hands. When you "hire an AI developer" through AINEXO, you're hiring into that team, not routing through an account manager who relays your requirements to someone else.

This matters because AI work is rarely a spec you can hand off cleanly. Prompt behavior, model selection, latency, and fallback logic all need someone who understands both the product and the underlying API - not a generic developer implementing a ticket.

What "AI developer" means at AINEXO

Concretely, this covers:

Engagement models

Fixed-scope project - you know what you want built (a chatbot, an automation, an API integration). We scope it, quote it, and deliver against milestones. Typical range for a scoped AI feature: $400-$4,000 / Rs 110,000-1,100,000 depending on complexity and integrations - confirmed in writing after discovery, never assumed from this page alone.

Monthly retainer - for products that need ongoing AI iteration (prompt tuning, new automations, model upgrades as OpenAI/Gemini release new versions). Retainers start after an initial project so both sides know the working rhythm; cancel-anytime after 3 months.

We do not publish a fixed hourly rate card, because AI engagements vary too much by data readiness and integration complexity to make a generic number honest. Request a quote and we'll respond with real numbers within 1-2 business days.

How we work

1. Discovery call (free)

We ask what data you have, what "done" looks like, and what's already been tried. Many AI requests are actually automation or search problems that don't need an LLM at all - we say so if that's the case.

2. Written scope + estimate

You get a document, not a verbal promise: what's built, what APIs are used, what you own at the end, and a milestone-based price.

3. Build on staging

You test the chatbot or automation against real inputs before it touches production traffic.

4. Handover

Source code, API key setup instructions, and a short document explaining how to adjust prompts or thresholds yourself.

Why not just hire a freelancer directly?

You can, and for a narrowly-scoped task that's sometimes the right call.
