AWS Well Architected Review

AWS Well Architected Review - Ainexo

Introduction - AWS Well-Architected Review

This is an assessment, not a rebuild: we review your existing AWS infrastructure against Amazon's own Well-Architected Framework - cost optimization, security, reliability, performance efficiency, operational excellence, and sustainability - and hand you a prioritized list of gaps and fixes.

Most AWS accounts accumulate architectural debt over time: over-provisioned instances, missing backup strategies, security groups opened wider than needed. A structured review catches this systematically rather than relying on someone noticing a bill spike.

Why a structured framework beats ad-hoc review

AWS's own pillars exist because the tradeoffs between them are real - tightening security can hurt performance, optimizing cost can hurt reliability. A structured review forces explicit tradeoff decisions rather than optimizing one dimension while accidentally breaking another.

We report findings honestly, including things that are working fine - a review that finds problems everywhere to justify a bigger engagement isn't useful to you.

What's included

  • Assessment against all 6 Well-Architected pillars
  • Cost optimization findings - over-provisioned resources, unused reservations
  • Security review - IAM policies, security groups, encryption at rest/transit
  • Reliability and disaster recovery gap analysis
  • Prioritized remediation roadmap - ranked by risk and effort
  • Optional implementation of high-priority fixes as a follow-on scope

Our process

1. Access & discovery

We review your AWS account structure, architecture diagrams (or reverse-engineer them if none exist), and recent billing/usage data.

2. Assess against the 6 pillars

Each pillar gets scored with specific findings - not a generic checklist, but issues tied to your actual architecture.

3. Deliver prioritized roadmap

A written report ranking findings by risk and effort, so you can decide what to fix first without guessing.

Pricing

Review scope and cost depends on account complexity - a single-application account costs less than a multi-account enterprise setup. Range: Rs 55,000 - 280,000 - indicative, final quote after discovery. Request a quote or WhatsApp +92 324 2991303.

Industries we serve

Growing SaaS companies scaling their AWS footprint, businesses inheriting infrastructure from a previous team, and anyone facing a surprising AWS bill increase.

Frequently asked questions

Do you need admin access to our AWS account?
Read-only access is sufficient for the review itself; write access is only needed if you engage us for the follow-on implementation.
How long does a review take?
Typically 1-3 weeks depending on account complexity and how many workloads are in scope.
Will you also fix the issues you find?
The review delivers a prioritized report. Implementation of fixes is available as a separate follow-on scope once you have seen the findings.
Is this only for large enterprises?
No - the framework applies at any scale; a smaller account just has a smaller, more focused review.
Can this reduce our AWS bill?
Cost optimization is one of the 6 pillars, so yes, typically - though the review's primary value is comprehensive risk visibility, not just cost.
Do you use AWS's official Well-Architected Tool?
Yes, alongside manual expert review - the tool alone misses context that a human review catches.
