Because this dashboard only reads public blockchain data rather than holding keys or signing transactions, the security stakes are meaningfully lower than wallet development - there's no custody risk if the dashboard itself is compromised, since it never has transaction authority in the first place.
The real complexity is data aggregation - normalizing position data across different protocols (each with its own data structure) into a single coherent view, and keeping it current as on-chain state changes.
