SAP Integration Development - Ainexo

An honest starting point on SAP work

SAP is a large, specialized ecosystem, and we want to be direct about our actual role in it: we build integrations that connect SAP to other systems - a CRM, an e-commerce platform, a custom internal tool - through SAP's APIs and standard middleware approaches. We are not a SAP implementation partner replacing your core ERP module configuration; that's specialized, certified consulting work outside our scope, and we'll say so plainly rather than overreach.

What we build

  • API-based integration between SAP and external systems (CRM, e-commerce, custom apps) using SAP's standard integration APIs
  • Middleware/connector development where a direct API connection isn't sufficient, handling data transformation between SAP's data model and your other system's expectations
  • Scheduled data sync jobs for systems that don't need real-time connection but do need regular, reliable data transfer
  • Monitoring and error handling so a failed sync surfaces as an alert, not a silent data gap discovered weeks later

Our process

1. Confirm this is genuinely an integration project

We ask what's already configured in your SAP instance and what the other system needs - if the request is actually about SAP module configuration itself, we'll say so and point you toward the right kind of partner.

2. Design the data flow

What data moves which direction, how often, and what happens on failure - documented before building.

3. Build and test against real data

In a staging/sandbox environment, not directly against production SAP data.

4. Deploy with monitoring

Sync jobs and API connections deployed with error alerting from day one.

Pricing

Rs 150,000-600,000 depending on integration complexity and number of connected systems.

Frequently asked questions

Do you configure SAP modules directly?
No - we build integrations connecting SAP to other systems through its APIs. Core SAP module configuration is specialized, certified consulting work outside what we take on, and we'll point you toward the right kind of partner for that.
What systems can you connect SAP to?
CRMs, e-commerce platforms, and custom internal applications - anything with a reasonable API or data export capability on the other end.
Real-time or scheduled sync?
Depends on your actual need - real-time API connections for time-sensitive data, or scheduled sync jobs where periodic transfer is sufficient and simpler to maintain.
What happens if a sync fails?
Monitoring and error alerting are built in from the start, so a failure surfaces immediately rather than being discovered as a silent data gap weeks later.
Do you work directly against our production SAP system?
No - development and testing happen in a staging/sandbox environment before anything touches production data.
What does it cost?
Rs 150,000-600,000 depending on integration complexity and number of connected systems.
