1. Acceptance

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please don't use the site.

2. Use of content

All content, code and designs on this site are owned by AINEXO AI unless stated otherwise. You may not reproduce them commercially without permission.

3. Project scope

Any freelance or consulting work is subject to a written scope (quote or statement of work). Features, timelines, and deliverables are confirmed in writing before work begins. Out-of-scope requests are quoted separately.

4. Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, web and package projects use 50% advance to start and 50% on delivery before final handoff. Enterprise and international work may use milestone billing in PKR or USD after discovery.

5. Revisions

Standard packages include reasonable revisions within the agreed scope. Unlimited redesign loops or major scope changes are not included and require a new estimate.

6. Liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for any damages arising from its use.
